Accessibility

1. Our Commitment

At Sinatabu (operated by Suadeo Technologies Limited), we want everyone — including people with disabilities — to be able to discover sellers, post finds and close deals on our platform. We build our mobile and web apps to work with the assistive technologies built into your device, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and ship, not a one-off project.

2. Standards We Follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to follow the platform accessibility guidance published by Apple (Human Interface Guidelines and the App Store accessibility labels) and Google (Android accessibility). Where a screen falls short of these targets, we treat it as a bug to be fixed.

3. Accessibility Features We Support

Sinatabu is built to support the accessibility features people rely on, including:

  • Screen readers (VoiceOver & TalkBack). Interactive elements carry descriptive labels, roles and states, so the app can be navigated and operated by voice-guided screen readers.
  • Larger text (Dynamic Type). Text scales with your device's preferred text size — including the larger accessibility sizes — and layouts are designed to grow without clipping content.
  • Dark appearance. The app follows your system light or dark setting automatically, and you can also choose Light, Dark or System inside the app.
  • Reduced motion. When "Reduce Motion" is enabled on your device, we soften or remove non-essential animations and motion effects.
  • Voice Control. Controls are labelled so they can be selected and activated by voice.
  • Sufficient contrast. We design text and meaningful interface elements to meet recommended colour-contrast ratios in both the light and dark themes.
  • Information beyond colour. Status, success and error states are conveyed with icons and text — never by colour alone.
4. Known Limitations

Some content on Sinatabu is created by other users — for example, photos and short video messages shared inside a deal room. We are not always able to add captions or descriptions to that user-generated media. We are continually improving accessibility across the app, and some areas may still fall short of our targets while that work is in progress.

5. Send Us Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere in Sinatabu, please tell us — your feedback directly shapes what we fix next. You can reach us through our Help Desk page or any official channel listed on the Sinatabu website. Where you can, please include the device and operating-system version you are using, the assistive technology involved, and the screen or action where you ran into trouble, so we can reproduce and resolve it quickly.

6. Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is a continuing commitment. We review new features against the standards above before release, and we update this statement as our apps evolve. We will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page whenever it changes.
